Day 1 Arrive in Shannon Airport. Transfer by private mini bus to the ancient city of Limerick. Accommodation Pier One Hotel Day 2 Play Adare Manor Golf Club An 18-hole parkland course. Ancient ruins occupy much of the course's core, providing views and challenges unlike any other golf course in Ireland. Mature trees cover the landscape, but they are most heavily concentrated along the fairways. The greens can be tricky but overall the golf course is very player- friendly. Adare Manor is a championship layout that is accessible for players of all skill levels. Accommodation: Pier One Hotel Day 3 Play Dromoland. The 360-acre Dromoland Castle estate sprawls across verdant rolling hills covered with lakes, streams, and centuries-old trees. Natural water hazards come into play throughout the course. The course was opened in 1961 but renovations in 2004 improved the drainage and added more challenges. The signature hole is the seventh, known for its postage stamp green that has a shamrock bunker to the right and water along the left. The 16th and 17th holes were completely reworked, making the par-4 16th one of the most formidable holes on the golf course. Accommodation: Pier One Hotel Day 4 Play world class Lahinch. The origins of the Castle Course date back almost as far as its sister course. From the opening of the Old Course in 1928 to Castle's unveiling in 1975, the layout underwent many changes but still maintained the landmarks of the original Lahinch course. The golf course gets its name from Dough Castle, of which the remains can be seen from the seventh hole. The towering sand dunes that cover the landscape are incorporated seamlessly with the rolling greens and undulating fairways.
