Service Description

Throughout each tour, you'll see first hand the art of percision and Excellence! 1) MOULD ROOM The first stop on the tour is the mould room where you witness the ancient art of mould making. 2) BLOWING DEPARTMENT As you move through to the blowing platform, this is where the magic truly begins and crystal shapes start to form. 3) QUALITY INSPECTION Our crystal is carefully inspected at each stage of production to ensure each piece meets our exacting standards. 4) HAND MARKING The next part of your journey is the marking department. Here the crystal is marked with a temporary geometric grid that assists the Master Cutter as they cut the pattern onto the crystal. 5) CUTTING DEPARTMENT In the cutting department, you will see our Master Cutters at work, utilising the masterful skills they learned during an eight-year apprenticeship. 6) SCULPTING In the next stage of our tour the sculpting department, inspirational pieces of crystal created by our Master Sculptors start out as solid blocks of crystal. 7) ENGRAVING Finally, you will have the chance to see Master Engravers at work. Using copper wheels, these skilled artisans patiently engrave intricate designs onto trophies and limited-edition pieces, a painstaking process that can take days to complete depending on the size and complexity of the design. - The experience is fully-guided and takes approximately 50 minutes to complete - Please ensure to check opening & closing times prior to arrival There is limited availability for timed tour tickets, however if your preferred time or date is not available, we offer unlimited open tickets that can be used for any date. With the open ticket, you will be assigned a tour time upon arrival at Reception (next available tour). If you'd like to visit in the afternoon, tick the latest availale time and you'll be included in the next available tour.
